Completed Spring 2021, We provided contract administration, monitoring and reporting with a Quantity Surveying and Project Managed approach.
Completed in Autumn 2020, CCM Construction Management undertook Contract Administration, on an exciting and technical industrial fit out for a fast moving project, to facilitate delivery of the operational requirements for a food processing facility.
Completed in Spring 2019, Coastal Construction Management were responsible for Quantity Surveying through the project lifecycle on an English Heritage asset on the Kent Coast.
Completed in 2017, delivering Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Construction Management in the conversion and restoration of a Heritage Asset to deliver six luxury residential apartments, with recognition from the Local Authority.
An exciting project which won a RIBA award, Myles Brett was responsible for the Quantity Surveying and further advisory for the main contractor, which produced an outstanding finish where the challenges of a coastal setting were successfully met.
Coastal Construction Management were responsible for Project Management,
Quantity Surveying and Construction Management for a challenging project using a steel frame design to create a residential home in excess of 300 square meters – with specification to create extensive open plan living.
Completed in Spring 2019, Coastal Construction Management were responsible for Quantity Surveying through the project lifecycle on an English Heritage asset on the Kent Coast.
This was an exciting project to deliver restoration and extension to the Tea Room and Glass House Cafe including a stunning contemporary design and finish, with sympathetic restoration to the existing Grade || Orangery. Externally the re-landscaping of the lost pleasure grounds including restoration and installation of paths through woodland, beautifully finished oak stairs providing access to reclaim access to the grounds was also undertaken as part of the scope of work.
Completed in 2017, Coastal Construction Management were responsible for Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Construction Management in the conversion and restoration of a Heritage Asset to deliver six luxury residential apartments, with recognition from the Local Authority.
This required specialist sub contractors and extensive management of stake holders to satisfy a sympathetic approach to restoring and retaining original Building Fabric while maintaining modern Building Regulation requirements and a commercial approach against Budget and Cost. Some specialist features included repair of Front Facade Tuck pointing, restoration to Period Sash Windows and original Georgian Cornice Mouldings.
